Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. That's why we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place for your convenience.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, you have a generous window of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the item is unopened and unused, as we can only accept returns for products in their original condition. Unfortunately, broken packages, used products, or damaged items cannot be returned.

Accepted Returns 

Our return policy applies to specific items, namely hair extensions, and wigs. We want to make sure you have complete peace of mind when purchasing these products. However, make sure to keep the tags and receipts intact and safe.  

How to Initiate a Return

Once we accept your return request, you need to simply send the item(s) to our return address: 

150 Graydon Hall Drive, North York, Ontario, M3A3B2. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

The Refund Process

If your return meets the conditions mentioned above in the accepted return section, such as, the product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging with receipts and tags intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process, and you’ll be refunded within 30 days of your purchase. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions: Please note that certain exceptions may apply to our refund policy. If the item returned does not meet the specified conditions or if it is outside the designated return period, we may be unable to process a refund. Additionally, any shipping charges incurred during the return process may not be refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Apart from hair extensions and wigs, any other products not specifically mentioned in our return policy are considered non-returnable. This may include accessories or items that are marked as final sale or clearance.
